On Monday, Oct. 26, Paul Newman, who currently serves as the director of instruction at the Dublin-based TGM Golf Management, will be sworn in as the president of the Southeast Chapter of the Southern Ohio PGA.
Newman has more than 20 years of experience and has spent the last six exclusively teaching. He’s served as TGM’s director of instruction for the past year. He believes in fact-based instruction using state-of-the-art technology and aims to expand the number of core golfers by making the game more enjoyable.

The LPGA Tour and the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger jointly announced a one-year extension to stage the event in 2010, continuing a tradition that dates back more than two decades.

BEACHWOOD, Ohio - The 70th Senior PGA Championship, the most historic and prestigious event in senior golf, will feature 23 major champions who have combined for 41 major championships, and who help form a world-class international field and the strongest field in senior golf, May 21-24, at Canterbury Golf Club.
Defending Champion Jay Haas heads a 156-player field, along with eight other past Senior PGA Champions.
